Schlötter Ireland is delighted to celebrate an important career milestone for our Purchasing Manager, Jacqui McGarry, who has marked 25 years with the company.

During her career with Schlötter Ireland, Jacqui has developed extensive experience across key account sales and supply chain. In 2022, she took the next step in her career when she became Purchasing Manager and joined the company’s senior leadership team.

In her current role, Jacqui supports the coordination of purchasing and the wider supply chain, working closely with colleagues, suppliers and business partners. The relationships she has developed and the experience she has gained throughout her career continue to play an important part in supporting Schlötter Ireland’s operations.

Reflecting on her 25-year journey, Jacqui said:

“Success is rarely a solo journey. I am incredibly proud of the relationships we have built, the lessons we have learned, and the impact we have made together.”

For Jacqui, this milestone represents much more than length of service. It reflects the relationships built, lessons learned and achievements shared with the colleagues and leaders who have supported her throughout her career.

Jacqui is particularly proud to be part of a senior leadership team with an equal balance of men and women. This reflects the importance placed on creating opportunities for people throughout the organisation to develop, contribute and progress.

As part of her continued development and participation in the GiveToGain programme, Jacqui is also committed to sharing her experience to encourage and empower the next generation of women entering the chemical industry.
