Schlötter Company History

• Our parent company was founded in Germany in 1912.
• Schlötter Ireland DAC was established in 1976
• Schlötter Ireland DAC can draw on more than a century of experience in chemical manufacturing, test methods and the electrolytic chemistry research which forms the foundation for the success of our parent company in Germany
• Schlötter Ireland DAC is focussed on development of new processes for new market sectors and the optimization and continuous improvement of established processes
• In the past 15 years, Schlötter Ireland DAC has successfully diversified from our core business which is primarily the manufacture and supply of proprietary chemical processes for electroplating and today approximately 30% of our business is with the Medical Device and Healthcare industries in Ireland
• We are very proud of our skilled and dedicated staff. Most of our 52 employees have been with the company for many years, demonstrating tremendous loyalty and company satisfaction, and their talents and energy are the key to our success.
